I can load the bag with more than a hundred pounds of tools and still the handles will not give up. Only thing I think could be improved is the quality of the tape measure and claw hammer. Generally everything else was to a good standard. The seams should at least be double-stitched using very strong thread and reinforced at the stress points. This will prevent the seams from popping when you load the bag to capacity.

It should be at least abrasion-resistant so that it can be plopped onto the ground every day without tearing nor fraying. Also, the bag has to be waterproof so that in case you get caught in the rain, your tools will still stay high and dry.
