Soya milk alternative is a plant-based drink that is used as a dairy free substitute for cow’s milk. There are a number of reasons why someone may choose to follow a vegan diet, including moral reasons, health reasons or because veganism can be more sustainable for the planet. Soya milk alternatives and soya drinks are 100% plant-based drinks which are perfect alternatives to dairy based drinks like milk and milkshakes. I do have sugar in my coffee and used one to make a latte and didn't need to add any further sugar and it was lovely and creamy.

Even better, this drink is 100% plant-based, it’s low in saturated fat and it contains less sugars too. Oat base (Water, Oat (7,8%)), Vegetable oils (Rapeseed, Sunflower) , Pea protein, Maltodextrin, Calcium (Calcium carbonate), Natural flavour, Acidity regulator (Potassium phosphates), Stabiliser (Gellan gum), Iron, Potassium Iodide, Zinc, Vitamins (A, B2, B9, B12, C, D2). Soya milk alternative is made by soaking, removing the skin, and grinding soy beans, before boiling the mixture and then filtering out the remaining particulates.Most plain soya milk alternatives are also free from artificial colours, flavourings and preservatives. I am currently trying to think of ways to promote this thread as i feel it is an important one for us mums who want the best for our children.
