Launched in 2021 the all new Mitre Ultimatch Max match football has new striking graphics. This ball is also available in sizes 4 and 5 and continues to use the revolutionary Hyperseam technology. Designed for control and accuracy the size 5 Ultimatch Max ball has been awarded the FIFA Quality badge and is constructed with a unique 20 panel design. The size 4 ball is constructed in the same way and uses the same materials but has not been tested to gain the FIFA quality badge. Our size five match footballs include the Mitre Ultimatch which has always been a popular ball at grass roots level. The Ultimatch range also includes the Ultimatch Plus and Ultimatch Max match balls which are another step up in terms of quality. The new V12 Match balls get the balance right with the number of panel used in construction. Too many panels will give the ball a stable shape but this means that the amount of stitching is increased. An increase in the amount of stitching can reduce the speed of the ball. Fewer panels will make the ball more aerodynamic, but this can be at the detriment of losing shape. The textured outer layer is manufactured from the very best 1.5mm Japanese Microfibre PU which covers the 4.5mm dual hyperfoam. The dual hyperfoam layer is imbedded with a rubber lamination which is able to convert the power of pass or shot into kinetic energy for boosted power and speed. Ideal for everyday use on grass and artificial surfaces, the Nike Summer Academy is definitely one to have in the bag.

Mitre size 4 footballs are developed with players aged 11-14 years specifically in mind. Size 4 footballs from Mitre are slightly smaller and lighter than the standard size 5 version, but are made using the same innovative technology and cutting edge materials as our other Mitre balls. Their size and weight makes them ideal for young players to use in training and matches, as a bridge between junior size 3and adult standard size 5 footballs. The new Impel is constructed with a Vimini abrasive proof outer which Mitre say “gives enhanced grip and control” The PU outer is resilient and has a textured surface to enhance ball control, while the laminated power bladder inside the ball is designed to keep your shots straight and true as they fly towards the top corner, or indeed out for a throw-in, depending on how precise your shots tend to be. The 14 panels on the outer surface are bonded using Mitre’s Hyperseam tech, which is designed to minimise water uptake and maximise air retention, so you’re not constantly having to pump up the ball. Certified with the FIFA Quality Pro stamp, the Oceaunz Pro will take centre stage at the Women’s World Cup this year and, although a little pricey, is definitely one to add to the collection. Built with control, accuracy and power in mind, the Delta Plus also uses the revolutionary Hyperseam technology to ensure the ball has almost zero water uptake. These features ensure the ball lasts longer making it the best training ball available from Mitre. The Impel Max also uses the latest Hyperseam technology and makes the ball almost 100% water resistant. Great choice for all surfaces and all levels of training. We aim to have your products delivered to you within ten (10) working days after despatch. Saturday delivery may be possible, but this varies by country. A signature may be required upon delivery. Where delivery isn't possible, the products will be taken to the courier’s depot / sorting office and you will receive a notice explaining how to retrieve your products in accordance with the carrier/courier’s policy. You also need to consider what the bladder inside is made of. Latex is used in premium balls to provide a softer feel, but latex bladders require frequent inflation.
