now i feel like me giving this book a 2-star rating is me being incredibly generous cause at most this book was average as hell. like okay i can see why a lot of people have loved this book but sadly i could not be one of those people, im sorry i know i make myself miserable by not enjoying things everyone else does sometimes.Now onto the ship I didn’t had on my bingo card WINTER and THEO. I honestly wanted Winter and Beau for the reverse grumpy sunshine dynamic, but it seems like I’m getting it either way so I’m not too sad about it.

When Winter and Theo meet, they have a lot of chemistry. It's obvious right away there is an attraction there, and though neither are in a place for anything serious, they act on it. One night together changes everything. Theo is a professional bull rider, a protégé, and on his way to wining titles. Winter is a doctor, in the middle of a divorce, and finding herself again as well as developing a relationship with her sister, Summer. I’m so proud of my babies! I love these characters so much, and god the character development in this book🤌🏼 especially Sloane’s character. I absolutely adore their relationship, it was so amazing to just see their characters grow together. The way they both got so much happier when they were together, and the way they were each other’s biggest hype man/woman >>> Their relationship was so deep, because they knew each other so well from the start. The only good parts for me were seeing Willa be an absolute nightmare during her pregnancy (and I say that in the nicest way haha). To his fans, he’s the handsome, talented athlete on TV. But to me he’s still the lost boy with sad eyes and a heart of gold.

He never forced anything on Winter but made his place in her heart and in her home and made her feel like he deserves to be with her not just because he was the father of Vivi but because he loved and cared for Winter. I need this man like I need air because he had ruined for all the other men 😭 how the surprise baby plot was handled 😭😭 HOW DID THEO NOT KNOW IS MY QUESTION like it never came up they had so many people in common ???? basically all in all this was a very meh read, i guess it could be called cute as well? but nothing very remarkable or anything. fluffy, all that, but i couldn't feel the characters at all. in the first 30% i thought this had SO MUCH POTENTIAL 😭 - you should see how my hopes died after Rhett and Summer survived miscommunication, the one-bed trope, the dreaded hospital scene, and ofc the very clichéd ex of Summer (who very obviously marries her sister).

elsie silver must be stopped. she absolutely cannot keep getting away with this. it's banger after banger, hit after hit, perfect man after perfect man and i can't take it. mark my words, this will be in my top reads of 2023! Honestly, it would have worked better if these two had spent years on the outs with each other than constantly being around one another (even if they sometimes went weeks or months without talking) it would have made the angst more believable? Also, the fact she KEPT WEARING HER ENGAGEMENT RING for 40% of the book was stupid. She left him at the altar, she never loved him, it was an arranged marriage (basically), she felt nothing when he was caught cheating and yet she kept wearing the ring? like why?? The guy was an absolute shithead and yet she didn’t throw the ring off until LONG after the wedding was supposed to take place? and I mean weeks after. Ahh, I just loved this so much and the audiobook was fabulous. My heart is happy and excited to continue the series.Grumpy cowboys and steamy romance... FILTHY. like this is a slow burn but then the spice will have you blushing from head to toe, ok? an ex hook up of theo’s showing up 🤨🤨🤨 i really liked how he handled it and there was no misunderstanding but TELL ME WHY MY FRIEND THOUGHT THEO AND HER WERE GONNA END UP TOGETHER BASED ON THE PREVIOUS BOOKS 😟 i’m glad i hadn’t finished the other books because i bet this scene would’ve bothered me way more Elsie Silver just blew it out of the park. A restless, brooding alpha hero. Wild heroine. Tons of sexual tension and all the feelings. Just perfect. And Flawless… pun totally intended. Who doesn’t love a gruff, grumpy man who is completely overwhelmed by an energetic, bubbly, smart, sweet woman to the point where he can’t think straight or see himself without her for the rest of his life ? Life? I know you do, and that’s exactly what we have in Flawless between Summer Hamilton and Rhett Eaton.
